About us
A specialist team focused on one thing — warmer swimming pools
LEGACY AIR is a professional swimming pool heat pump service provider based in Northriding. We supply, install, repair and maintain heat pumps for homeowners, builders and pool professionals across Johannesburg and greater Gauteng.
Who we are
Heat pumps are what we do, not a sideline
Pool heating is a technical decision. The wrong capacity, a rushed installation or a missed fault can leave you with high running costs and a pool you still do not want to swim in. That is exactly why we keep our focus narrow: swimming pool heat pumps, done properly.
From a first quotation to a service call years later, you deal with people who work with these units every day — and who will tell you honestly when a repair makes sense and when a replacement does.

What we stand for
Good workmanship, explained clearly
These are the four things we hold ourselves to on every job — from a small service call to a full installation.
Right sizing first
We size the heat pump to the pool before we sell one. Getting the capacity right is the single biggest factor in comfort and running cost.
Neat, correct installation
Airflow, drainage, pipework and electrical work are done properly. A tidy installation is also a reliable one.
Plain-language advice
No jargon and no pressure. You should understand what you are buying and what it will realistically do for your pool.
Support after the sale
We are still here when the unit needs a service, a repair or a settings change — years after installation.
